Olivia Johnson, our founder, honed her pizza-crafting skills throughout her Italian sojourn, particularly with Naples' revered pizza chefs. Back in the UK, her resolution was to emulate the quintessential Italian pizza experience, focusing on age-old techniques and top-notch materials.
